Mick has raised a variety of vegetables, fruits and livestock since the 1960s With his award, Mick will cultivate Job's Tears, a plant that produces a seed used as a bead for jewelry. It is also a useful grain, with a higher protein-to-carb ratio than any other cereal. The Rattler family will use the beads in jewelry-making, as well as sell the seeds to other tribe members.
