$3,000 - Irrigation & Blueberries

Eddie sells ornamental shrubs, grapes and fruits/vegetables at the local farmer's market and to other nurseries. With his grant, he is replacing his overhead irrigation system with drip/micro spray to conserve fresh water, eliminate runoff, lower the consumption of electricity and reduce the spread of diseases. Eddie is also creating a You-Pick blueberry patch to further diversify his income.
