Kaleb is increasing sales of strawberries and beef through direct marketing. He is purchasing packaging equipment and a commercial freezer, which allows him to market products year-round. He is also hiring a marketing firm to develop a website for his products and conduct other advertising through print, direct mailing and radio.

Six family members, one full-time employee and additional workers are participating in the project.
