Tamara is expanding the production of layers and broilers at her grandfather's farm. All of her animals will be raised free-range with no antibiotics and no animal by-product feed. Once the McDowell County small animal processing facility opens, she plans to expand to 1,000+ meat broilers.

Tamara sells eggs and meat to Bouchon French Bistro and individuals at the Riceville Tailgate Market.
