2014 Dinner

The dinner was hosted by 2014 WNC AgOptions recipients Dawn and Stephen Robertson of East Fork Farm in Madison County. This year’s grant recipients, along with NC Cooperative Extension Agents, representatives from WNC AgOptions, A.S.A.P. and WNC Communities, dined on a meal made with ingredients from the 2014 recipients’ projects: peppers, tomatoes, rosemary from The Farm at Gwynn Valley; beef from Shady Place Farm; chicken from Stockbridge Farms; sweet potaoes from Riddle-Edwards Farm; Brussels sprouts from Tater Hill Farm; apples from Edney Farms; and cornmeal ground at the gristmill at East Fork Farm.
